Fern is so thorough in her approach to her treatments, spending time on your med history, treatment explanation and prep while putting you at ease in her beautiful treatment room.. Today I had my brows micobladed and as usual, I am over the moon with them they look so natural, perfect for me ! .. I even got a "Wow they look right good" from my husband .. which I mite add if I wasn't sitting down I would have fell down cos he notices nothing lol. So thanks again Fern once again you've given me exactly what I wanted.. Perfectly natural brows and 😁

I have had a variety of treatments done by fern from dermaplane facials, eyebrows, LVLS and the sevenly hyaluronic acid skin boosters. Jade ran through everything before and during the appointment. She was very attentive and gave good after care advice (thank god it was also on a card which you can take away too!). Jade’s really easy to chat to as well. My brows and lashes are amazing for my holiday! Cannot fault her ☺️

what a glow! perfect facial experience with Fern. She took the time to understand about my skin & choose appropriate products for acne prone skin - which can be challenging. My skin didn't feel clogged with products afterwards but was bouncy, dewy, and looked really smooth. Fern also created a relaxed atmosphere & talked clearly through the different steps so i felt safe & relaxed. Thoroughly recommend for when your skin just needs a bit of a boost.
