Chloe was amazing, from the moment I messaged her I felt comfortable and at ease, booking in the patch test was easy as was my appointment. The appointment it self was good and the environment was clean, tidy and welcoming, my lashes look & feel amazing again. I was also given an after care pack to tend to my lashes at home. 10/10
