Rachel is fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble. Her ability to create the most brilliant nail art is second to none! I have given Rachel what I thought were challenges and every single set have been amazing, she blows me away with her talent, she is a true artist. She really cares about her clients and their nail health. Her studio is so welcoming, as is she. She makes you feel so comfortable. She’s even gone as far as buying bespoke makeup products just for me… now who does that? It really shows how much she cares about her clients and her work. The makeup lasts all day (and night), and I always leave feeling so confident. On top of that, she’s professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. Tia is a really friendly and professional esthetician. I was a bit nervous (very) having the lemon bottle procedure after a rather scary aqualyx procedure 5 years ago that put me off having further treatments (even though the treatment itself was very effective). Tia took time to listen to my worries, and was very affective at keeping me relaxed. I would definitely reccomend her if you are particularly nervous or new to injectables, she knows what shes doing and I felt in safe hands. Finally found someone in Bedford who can get lashes done close to what I always wanted 😍After trying some places where I been promised to get what I want I always end up with the same set of lashes very opposite from that 😅I was about to loose hope and willing to travel outside Bedford , but luckily I came across the beauty clinic by lj and decided to give a go . Leah was honest unlike other places and didn’t promise me that exact same results instead discussed with me different curls and said she will try her best to achieve a close look and she did !
