All staff were very friendly helpful and professional. Greeta was excellent and felt totally relaxed. Lunch was lovely, but expensive for a sandwich and drink £14, service and staff excellent. Negative points, pool pretty basic, changing rooms look like something from a public swimming pool. Minimum private changing space. Looked like half of the steam rooms etc closed. Pool a bit cold. Robes need to be sized, one size does not fit all, I am not bigger than size 18 and struggled, also hard to touch, seen better days I guess. Overall the package price for 2 nights stay, was very good value.

The secret spa - Holt. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic facial with Becky, she made me feel so relaxed and my skin has never looked so good. I felt a million dollars walking out of the salon. I definitely will be recommending to all my friends.

Nia is an absolute angel! I booked to have the Glow facial which is brilliant but today I arrived for my appointment and my sensitive skin had flared up. This was no problem at all for Nia, she quickly adapted and gave me such a calming and soothing facial with the added bonus of a massage. I left with skin that is so much happier and advice on how to look after it. Thanks so much ☺️
