Sophie was listening to everything that I wanted to achieve with my hair cut and did exactly as I asked .She made me feel very relaxed with her friendly attitude and gentle touch. I would recommend Sophie to all my friends. I love my hair- I look like a doll! 🌺

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Louise for the glam yesterday, was the prettiest I have ever felt and I was OBSESSED. Haven’t had my make up done in years and she was so lovely, explaining what she was doing and what she thought would look best. I dont think I’ve ever had as many likes on insta before 😂 She is so talented and I cannot wait for more occasions to come in, already trying to book her for next month ❤️ xx

Had a lovely experience with Louise today. Have never had my brows done before, she went through everything with me at the beginning & explained what she was doing as we went along. I’m so happy with them they look amazing & so natural. Thank you so much .

I love having my hair done at Changes - everyone is so welcoming and it’s always great to catch up with Toni. She never fails to make my hair look amazing!

I had my brow lamination done with Louise and couldn’t recommend her more. From the moment I arrived she was friendly, chatty and bubbly, making me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure she understood my preferences before starting. I never felt rushed and she checked in throughout to ensure I was happy with the shape and overall look. The result is amazing. My brows look full, fluffy and perfectly shaped while still natural. I’ve already had so many compliments. Louise is incredibly talented and I wouldn’t go anywhere else🤍🤍

Caroline is an excellent colourist and stylist. She has made my hair look so much more natural and healthier. I highly recommend her.

Lou is genuinely incredible! I couldn’t be happier every time I walk out of her room feeling like a new woman. But it starts from the moment I walk in to see her, as she’s so warm and friendly! Having my make up done by Polly at Glam by Polly has been on my bucket list for a long time and I can honestly say it was SO worth the wait! The salon (and the lovely team) is absolutely beautiful, the girls were warm, welcoming, friendly and so good at what they do, the absolute best... now on the the make up itself 😂 Polly is without a doubt the best make up artist I will ever have the pleasure of being glammed by. I was more than confident leaving all decisions about what would suit me down to her and I am just over the moon with how my face turned out. I have genuinely never been so happy

The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The space was beautifully decorated—clean, calm, and inviting.
