I appreciated the follow-up reminders, which made it easy to stay organized. During my appointment, Ray was punctual & attentive. What stood out to me was that she took the time to clean my lashes thoroughly before applying the extensions, something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. It’s clear she cares about both the aesthetics and the health of your lashes. My first visit and I’m already planning on returning. Highly recommend!
