I had my first appointment with Louise at The Beauty Lounge and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish ✨ Louise made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well. The salon itself is absolutely stunning, such a calming and relaxing space the moment you walk in. You can really feel how much care has gone into creating the whole experience. I had Gexy Prakash doing my service today and all I can say is she was fantastic! She was so sweet, welcoming, professional, and polite, and gave the best head massage.
