I went back a second time to get my hair done by Samina (hairsheen2020 on instagram) and again I was not disappointed. Firstly, Samina takes great care of her clients, she makes sure that she will only do dyes/treatments etc that do not damage her clients hair. I went in both times to get a colour blend and cut, the colours come out amazing and my hair always looks so healthy after. Samina talks you through exactly what she’s doing to your hair and always gives tips on how best to care for your hair. I would never go to anyone else, definitely recommend 😁.

I normally get my roots done with Somia and she always does an amazing job. Today I got a balayage, roots and a cut by dorisa and she was also insanely amazing. She knows how to play with colours to compliment a client well and is extremely talented. Sundas also helped with my service and over all I was extremely satisfied. In my local area we lack a good hair salon so I was previously relying on a mobile hairstylist. Discovering malayage 1 - 2 years ago has been the best thing ever for my hair journey!!

Dorisa was brilliant, understood what I needed for thick curly hair and did exactly what I was looking for. She communicated brilliantly, and gave helpful tips and guidance - her skills were exceptional and she clearly had knowledge of how to achieve layers and curtain bangs. Definitely recommend her and this salon, she’s fantastic and has really great judgement. This was a refreshing experience as previous salon’s have never been able to listen to what I needed. Thank you for the great hair 😊

This is the second time I’ve been to Malayage and had my hair done by Dorisa. The salon itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and it’s like being around friends. Dorisa is amazing. She listens to what you want, even though you can’t explain what you want and somehow manages to make it reality. She tells you honestly if it’s worth getting something done and I trust her opinion. Lastly, there was a good 5 month gap between my two appointments, yet Dorisa still remembered how I had my hair styled last time! Love my hair and already excited for my next appointment! Thank you!

Sameena was really thorough, took her time and gave me a fab treatment, cut & blow dry. She understands how to tame thicky, wavy, unruly hair so will defo be back!

I visited Elysian Parlour for a haircut used for the first time by Sameena. She was very professional and took the time to understand my needs. She is also very knowledgeable in her field and provided me with information that would help me maintain my hair. I can’t thank her enough. Iv had my fifth laser hair removal session today and really hoping to see results after this one. The salon is clean girly and beautiful inside and staff are so friendly every time. Just hoping that the hair goes when Iv had my 6th session 🤞🏽🙏🏽

My hairstylist Samina (hairsheen2020) was very knowledgeable about my hair type. She gave me lots of advice about my colour and appropriate hair cut for my kind of hair (lots of volume at the roots) which to be frank, I have never received elsewhere. I really valued her attention to detail, she obviously takes pride in her work. The salon itself is private (no men ) and aesthetically pleasing. The only downside was that I was asked if I wanted a coffee and was told I will pay for it at the end with my bill. I have never had that happen to me in any salon before. Apart from that, great.

I had my 2nd session of laser hair removal today and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. After only my first session I was already noticing that some parts were not growing back! Had my hair done today, after finding them on Instagram, so worth the travel from Birmingham, am in love with my hair, thank you so much, she was able to achieve what I wanted in one sitting, and I walked out feeling amazing. My experience at malayage was 10/10 the hospitality was absolutely amazing. I’m so glad I came across akilahs instagram page which outshines her talent throughout. I’m so happy with how Akilah made my experience so special she thoughly explained the steps and the process made me feel at ease.
