My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

Shola was professional, confident & made me feel relaxed & reassured. I have super sensitive skin & have had real problems with waxing in the past. Shola explained about sugaring in detail & how to prepare my skin plus aftercare. After the sugaring my skin has been absolutely fine & I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Shola

The sauna and steam room were great, the changing rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The day beds are comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. I had the whole pool to myself at one point.

I had my eyebrows laminated and a set of eyelash extensions applied, plus a waxing and I’m really pleased with the result! I felt there was great attention to detail, plus all the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Brilliant service, I’ve been previously but this therapist was amazing, so good at what she does, attention to detail, great conversation, welcoming and I’ve re-booked.

It’s been a while since I last had a wax appointment so I was a bit nervous. I was made to feel really comfortable and we chatted the whole way through the appointment. Waxing was quick, efficient and painless. I will definitely be a regular customer now!
