Nel has waxed me twice so far and each time we have very nice conversation which helps me relax for the wax (especially the Brazilian) she is attentive and makes sure to ask me before doing a full wax strip if the temperature is right for me and if I’m feeling anything at any time. She makes sure to follow up and advises and provides any product that may help with any reaction that I may have.

Brenna & Nova Wax Bar are absolutely wonderful! I am so so glad I went here, even though I’m always nervous going to a new waxer. She goes out of her way to walk you through all the steps and makes you feel so comfortable through the Brazilian wax. Shannon was fantastic at what she did and was so pleasant throughout the appointment.
