Fantastic experience - we did the duo treatments. We were made to feel very welcome and instantly felt very comfortable. The infrabikes provided a challenging but low impact workout. Great that you can select multiple programmes and change resistance levels to suit all abilities! You definitely need a change of clothes when you are done, as per website instructions!!! The suprasculpt treatment was relaxing to do afterwards and felt amazing. Again good that can control the level / intensity over the 30 minutes session. Would highly recommend and we will definitely do again!!

Liv makes you feel at home straight away and is very knowledgeable. My Lipodema legs feel so much lighter after a session. Appointments are easy to book and the new venue is in a very quiet, calm space. I would recommend Liv to everyone.

I have really noticed a difference since having Lymphatic Drainage Massages (have had 4 now). I feel more energised, body is less puffy, I am lighter on my feet and feel more like myself.
