Mum’s first time having her hair done, she’s a box colour guru for years. She had half head of foils done with cut, blow dry & curls. What a transformation from dull, dry hair to beautiful colour, curls & overall look was stunning. Mum can’t stop smiling! Thank you Vijitha for another super awesome job.

Hair cut was good but I was over charged I felt. Last time I was charged $45 for the same hair cut and now I was charged $65. It's just a U cut and no blow dry or shampoo or anything.

I had dyed my hair dark choc colour 4 months prior & my greys were showing. My hair was also dry & damaged from constant straightening at home. I wanted full hair foil highlights, cut & straightening & wanted to go as light as I possibly could & Vijitha did an amazing job. I listened to her advice also & she really took good care of me. The service exceeded my expectation.

Amazing service and love everything that VIJItha my hair stylish and beautician does had a deep-conditioning for my dry scalpy head and hair this is a hero product it's a must for every ladies to have done followed by a regrowth to cover up my greys my regular fortnightly salon visits. Highly recommend and the staff are lovely .. Thank You's

Tala was awesome! As someone with polynesian hair who’s usually nervous to get their hair layered and cut Tala did a great job. I loved how she cut and layered my hair and will definitely go back to her. She curled and styled my hair which made me love my new look. Left there with my hair feeling much lighter which I really appreciated. Also Nisha (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) did an amazing job when washing my hair. She thoroughly washed it and took her time on it. Overall loved how my hair was done and will definitely go back.

I sometimes find conversation & sales stressful at a salon when its supposed to be relaxing but Talalelei was so comfortable in her manner that it was such a lovely experience , the wash,cut and style made me feel great . Such lovely team including time with beautician Nisha also , you feel like you are with friends .

Luis and the girls are amazing! Took my 2 years old son for a haircut and everyone ensure that he had a great time! Even when he cried everyone comforted him and gave the best cuddles! Came in this morning to get eye brows done and was trying so hard to find somewhere to get a haircut. The lovely lady had a no show so did my hair and it was an amazing cut wash blow dry and straighten for such a good price. The staff there are are so welcoming and friendly

My hairdresser was awesome. It was just a blow dry and styling but she took care and was ‘fussy’. Made me feel great ready for my event today

It was an impromptu 1st time visit to Kess today! N I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted with a smile and booked in for an appointment in an hr as I had errands to run. Vijitha was kind & welcoming and understood what I was looking to get done today. She did a great job with my hair and confidentially guided me on what would suit me best. I am relieved to have someone I can now trust with my hair. Thank you! ☺️ (Layered cut and blow dry)

Absolutely love Nisha and Louis, they did fantastic job on my hair and brows, however new person there made me feel uncomfortable, she left mid hair wash to blow dry her hair and check cellphone, then during keratin rushed when using hair iron and burnt my ear twice.

Jasmine did a wonderful cut and blow dry for me. She is down to earth, lovely and made this tired Mum feel pampered. Only reason I didn't tick great is because the salon was quite messy which was a bit off putting as a client. Nothing to do with the stylists talent.
