My first experience at Refine with Stacy and Chloe was brilliant. We talked about my hair goals and they totally understood what was after. It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Eda is talented and so meticulous over each stage of colouring; washing; cutting and blow drying hair. She’s worth 6 stars if that was an option!

Really pleased with hair wash and bouncy blow dry

This was my first visit and I'm more than impressed. I had Donna do my hair and she was amazing so friendly and professional. I've suffered from dandruff and dry scalp for years and I'm so impressed with the results after one visit I will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I followed Meg from her previous location because she’s an excellent colourist. The location was easy to find. Free parking outside. Polite and attentive staff. The atmosphere didn’t feel stuffy or pretentious like other places I’ve been. The salon was clean and bright. There was decent airflow on a hot day. It’s also not too big of a place, so suitable for clients with social anxieties or those who don’t like lots of hairdryers going off like my autistic son xx
