Exceptional. Absolutely loved my appointment from start to finish. Lovely, friendly greeting as usual and that excellent service continued throughout. Super coffees too. The most wonderful head massage. It was so relaxing. Fantastic cut and blow dry. It is a very warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere with such a great team. Emma was brilliant from the colour consultation the week before & throughout the appointment. The salon is lovely, good coffee & great location. It's fantastic from the moment you step through the door. Greeted with such a friendly hello and smile. Taken to your seat and a delicious coffee and chocolate enjoyed. The salon is busy and the atmosphere is a happy and professional one. Superb colour, shampoo, conditioner and a wonderful head massage. Followed by a top cut and blow dry complete with styled however you wish. More coffee and chocolate to further delight. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel so very welcomed and cared about. To leave feeling like a new person and a million dollars is amazing as are all the staff

The best of blow drys done by the friendliest of stylists, I can't recommend her enough, she managed to curl my hair just how I wanted (no where else other than my regular hair dresser manages this) and even though I'm far too old for it I really wanted to be joining her in Liverpool as I imagine it would have been a fab night out.
