Hi I’m giving Lydia 5* as she is very professional at her job. Excellent eyelashes and Lydia is always very polite. I’ve knocked one star off the overall experience as when I was having my treatment all I could hear was hairdryers running and chatting even with both doors closed. That spoilt my relaxing treatment. Let’s hope this can be rectified as the noise is very off putting for the customer.

I’m so over the moon with my hair! I didn’t really know how it would turn out after not being at the hairdressers for over three years. Nice chilled yet busy vibe, all the team are on their game making sure everyone is happy and checking colouring etc. I loved looking around at different hair colours drying/styling with my fingers crossed hoping mine was going to be just as nice! I had a reasonably quick service to say I’ve got soooo much hair I’m surprised you managed it 👏🏻Thank you so much again to the team for my new look! New Year, New Hair- who dis? This place was booked for me as a birthday treat. Megan was lovely, sociable, and attentive, I came in for a cut/dry and she also styled my hair at the end and made me look a million times better. Thank you Megan.

No one else competes with ECH.. even though I’ve only had a ‘freshen up’ I feel brand new! Eleanors blow drys are to die for!! Today I was lucky enough for her to do my colour too and it looks and feels amazing exactly how Elliot would usually do it.
