Love visiting Jo for my Hollywood waxing! She is always professional, quick (but not so quick that you can’t catch your breath between strips) knowledgeable about aftercare and encouraging during the process as to where you need to place your hands. I will always go to Jo for this treatment! I highly recommend her for massages as well!

I had an amazing aromatherapy massage with B today and it was lovely. Very welcoming, asked me lots of questions and got me to chose what oil I would like in my blend. I visited iBeautify last week for a Biorepeel facial and Brow shape and wow, wow, WOW! The salon has a great feel to it and lots of natural light in the treatment area upstairs. I was booked with Cleo who explained each step of the process and provided pertinent info on looking after my particular skin type. I left the salon with radiance skin and feeling incredible. Cleo, who is also the owner, is a total professional but also personable with skills that are on point - all of which adds up to a very happy and soon to be repeat client! I HIGHLY recommend a visit to iBeautify Tunbridge Wells.

I had an amazing session with Beth today and I can’t recommend her enough! I got a Vitamin A facial, and my skin usually reacts quite strongly – it tends to go really red because it’s so sensitive. But somehow, Beth worked her magic. I don’t know what she did, but there was no redness at all and my skin is absolutely glowing! It looks healthier, smoother, and so much better overall. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding- I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would 100% recommend Beth and Edyta- They were so friendly, attentive and professional!
