What an amazing experience. I was apprehensive because I’ve had terrible color at my last salon and knew I needed color correction with my damaged hair. She was patient and explained all my choices and her best opinion for my hair and my budget. It took time (about 5 hours today ) but I am beyond happy with the color for the first time in many years. Thank you -would highly recommend this salon!

It was great. First time customer, and got a good vibe from pre appointment texts, as I had explained my age, my activity level and the amount of maintenance I was looking for. When I went to the chair Kristin showed me some of her thoughts based on my communication. We spent about 10 minutes on this. I walked away very happy with the look and two days later was pleased with the minimum maintenance. Although it has been some time since I wrestled with a blow dryer or hot iron I think only having to do 3x’s per week will please me immensely.
