I visited Rituals Hair Salon today and was seen by Brad, who was absolutely lovely. He was so kind, patient and genuinely took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I was enquiring about hair extensions, and Brad talked me through everything, answered all my questions and guided me without making me feel rushed or pressured. Wonderful experience, a beautiful and calming environment with fantastic staff. Brad who delivered my headspa treatment was incredible, made me feel at ease and comfortable. He was exceptional in all aspects. The overall experience was great and my scalp feels very refreshed. I look forward to returning!

This session was amazing, I was utterly taken back by how relaxing it was. I left feeling so relieved of stress. The difuser scents and hair oil scents during the session were so nice and calming. Everything just felt right, and made me really appreciate and enjoy the whole experience. Would definitely go again!

I was treated to a full scalp and self-care session, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much tension I’d been carrying until I walked out feeling like a completely different person. The treatment included a head massage, nourishing hair and scalp oils, a micro scalp camera analysis, triple cleanse, scalp scrub, shoulder massage using massage tools, and a hair mask with steam — all over around an hour of pure relaxation. It wasn’t just about the hair treatment itself, it was the whole experience. Properly slowing down, switching off, and allowing yourself to breathe for a bit.

Had a beautiful sleek blow dry with in depth understanding of the products he was using for my hair type to create the style I desired. It was a very relaxed but professional experience and couldn’t have asked for a better service. Great prices also compared to some of the salons in the area which is perfect for me to afford as a regular treat rather than every few months. I’m looking forward to my next colour appointment as while I was there I’d asked for a consultation in regards to a balayage, yet again competitive prices and reassured me of his confidence in the hair colouring industry x
