Service is always great! Hair, nail, eyebrow.. this is my place to go! Nice and friendly. The only problem is just with punctuality. Many of my experiences have been at least 20-30 mins later than the appointment time so make sure you do not book any plans afterwards until you are finished. They have recently added this mocktail and massage service which is nice meanwhile that you are waiting.

I highly recommend Oniel (Neely)! He consistently does an excellent job on my short hairstyle. My cuts are always precise, clean, and perfectly shaped, especially my hairline, which is sharp every single time. He is also amazing with colour and gives me the perfect platinum blonde every time. The service was great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about ,was ,their wasn’t any hair products for us the Costomer to buy . So that we can use the same products on our hair. I have to go to another store to buy it. I wish they had more products in this location. Not everyone is able to go toWhitby 😊
