First time visiting the salon as normally have home visits due to anxiety. Was able to book last appointment of the day so there were wasn't a lot of people in. I panicked a bit before going in but Zoe took me through to the back room for the bleaching part. Zoe totally put me at ease and I was able to go through to the main room. I was very nervous, as I'm an ex hairdresser and don't trust many people with my hair, but friends and family recommend the salon, and I'm glad they did, my hair was in bad condition and thinning a lot due to health and menopause, but I visited for a consultation first which was very thorough, on the day of my appointment, I said how nervous I was and Chelsea put me at ease immediately, talked me through every step of the way, the end result is amazing, my hair feels like hair again and thicker, I will definitely becoming back, thank you,❤️
