I had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, Nausheen was incredibly welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. She was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The wax used was gentle on my skin, and I barely felt any discomfort. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and relatively painless. My skin felt smooth and soft afterward, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. It was my first trip to hair at sixteen and my hairdresser was Amy who was brilliant! She was very kind to me and easy to talk to because she would actively listen and get involved which was lovely. She also clearly had a lot of expertise. So I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me options and advice which has made my hair much healthier looking immediately! Will definitely be going back 😁
