Jenny gave me an awesome swedish massage and did her best with the knots in my back, but she recommended coming back for a deep tissue, and gave me some tips for what would alleviate my pain in the meantime. I was also very happy with my mani/pedi - the entire staff at The Room is super-helpful and great at what they do.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Gig did a wonderful job on my nails—she was professional, detail-oriented, and really listened to what I wanted. My nails turned out perfect, and the whole process was so relaxing. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Gig and the entire team!

Wonderful service from the moment I walked in. I was greeted and they quickly got Hannah my waxier to me. She took me to the room where she shaped and waxed my eyebrows. My left leg doesn't work so well so she adjusted the table so I could get onto it. She was professional and kind. I would recommend The Room Organic Spa to everyone. I will defiantly be going back. I referred a friend and I was under the impression she will try to go today.

Lan is the best. I love chatting with her and laughing at her jokes, and her mani/pedi’s are perfect. We’ve been going to the room for about 8 years now and we love it. It’s lovely inside and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Get a massage while you’re there and feel relaxed and refreshed. We’ve tried a few other places and were sorely disappointed. The room is our forever place.

I never use the word “remarkable”, but after that massage, it’s the only word I can use to describe it, a truly remarkable massage. I picked the combo massage and then asked for specific areas to focus on. The masseuse was wonderful and happily accommodated. I will definitely be going back.

Nava was amazing! She took her time attending to all the pressure points and it was the prefect pressure.! She also took her time draining my lymph nodes. She also seemed to know where I carry pressure and attended to those parts without me even telling her. I love coming here. Everyone is amazing, kind, and personable. I strongly recommend and will be back!

Best Thai massage in LA! The spa is beautifully decorated and clean, and the staff is super friendly. Probably the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had A LOT!

ZenSai spa is incredible! I have been going here for many years. The inside is adorable, and the masseuses are so great! Highly recommend this place no matter what type of massage you are looking for. They can tailor the massage to whatever type of style or pressure you’d like. 5 stars all the way!
