I had my Hydrafacial session with Sofia today and it was awesome. The massage that came along with the facial was very relaxing. My skin feels suppled after the facial session. I also had a foot massage with Rasa, and it was what I needed for after came back from camping and hiking in the mountains the day before. Rasa's skill was amazing and I really enjoyed it. I booked through the app and it got confirmed. When I arrived, the one lady working there had no clue and already busy with a customer. After several conversations and trials to reach out to her manager, she confirmed. But I had to wait for 45 minutes until I start the services which were supposed to start at 10 AM but I started at 11 AM. The quality of the services were very good and the lady compensated the error with a scrub product and a massage.

I had a massage which was perfect, but I was expecting to have the hibiscus drink before and the tea and date balls to be served after, am not sure if this was a due to ramadhan or not, I came for the hospitality 😂 and I felt disappointed and also Amex card wasn’t accepted this time since the POS machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have the time to fix it
