I booked the weekend waxing offer (full legs, full arms, and underarms) with Chamo, and it was my first time visiting the salon. The team was professional and flexible, and the place was very clean and well-organized. Chamo patient, friendly, and made sure to meet my requirements and she used 2 different types of wax depending on the area, which I really appreciated because it showed care and attention to detail. The session was fast and surprisingly pain-free — especially since I have low pain tolerance. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!

2nd time to Ms. Anna she is absolutely great and looking to what the customer wants. I am amazed how she handle my lashes and eyebrows. There might a language barrier but she nailed it. And using translation to be able me to understand. Definitely I highly recommended her and the spa as well.

I had my hair colour done by Annabel and so happy with the colour. Prior to the service, we had a thorough consultation session which she explained to me in details on what to expect, what need to be done and what to avoid. She was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Her skill was top notch too. In addition, to accomodate clients during summer time, perhaps it's good for the salon to invest on water cooler for hair washing as well. Other than that, I am a happy customer and I will come back!

First time visiting the barbers. Sometimes hard to explain the style I like. Yousef was a Top man, he knew what to do. Even gave me some tips to help with my type of hair for styling. Relaxed vibe, almost fell asleep. Happy with my cut and shave. Even a quick facial to freshen me up was welcomed. Will be back soon.
