I received a voucher to Al Prem for Christmas and decided to use it for a lymphatic drainage massage, as I had never tried one before. From the moment I arrived, Irina made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, and she was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. At the same time, the whole experience felt very relaxing. The atmosphere was lovely, the oils smelled gorgeous, and the place was cosy and spotless. After the treatment, I felt amazing. Irina also gave me some helpful advice, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Got permenant make up…microblading. Kamilla was fantastic. Very professional. The space was spotless. I even had a heated table to lie on with a velvet blanket. Delighted. Im a redhead so ive always had to get my eyebrows tinted. Im delighted with my new brows. She did a lovely shape that suited my face. The procedure itself took 2hours. It wasnt that painful. Bit scratchy at times but she used numbing gel so i didnt really feel any pain. The after care is great. Im booked in again in 2 months for the touch up to see if i want to darken the colour or stick with what i have. Big thumbs up. 👍

This was my second visit, and once again absolutely incredible. It felt like so much more than a regular massage, almost like a full-body reset. The work on my back was deep, precise, and very intuitive, releasing tension I didn’t even realise I had. After the session, I felt an incredible lightness. Truly exceptional experience. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Irina knew within a minute of meeting me where I was feeling tension and pain. She explained everything and I floated out of the room so much lighter by the end of the treatment. Fabulous from start to finish!!

I was blown away by how intuitive Irina is. She seemed to find every hidden knot and area of tension without me even having to point them out. It wasn't just a routine massage, it felt tailored specifically to what my body needed today. I feel incredibly rejuvenated and will definitely be a regular client.
