I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

I had such a lovely experience at Haven by Claud. Claudia really focused on my back, which was the area giving me the most trouble, and I could feel such a difference afterward. Really great experience! Had lymphatic drainage face and body massage to help deal with the lingering effects of a virus. She was very comforting and knowledgeable throughout and felt a noticeable improvement in my energy in the days that followed!
