Zoe is AMAZING. I immediately felt so welcome and she has created such a safe space in her studio. The massage was everything I could have asked for and the consultation beforehand alleviated any pre appointment anxieties. A few highlights were the pressure, the fluidity, the hot stones, effort and thought into room ambiance and relaxation. She stayed working on tight/sore areas, not just following a set routine. I definitely befit from the massage as Zoe tailors it to specific areas that I highlighted. Beforehand she asked how I had been since the first massage and afterwards, she explains what she has done and her findings. There was no feeling of being rushed after the massage; I could take my time relaxing. A first class experience.
