I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and wondered if a back massage might help, Rachel got me in to see her quickly and had my shoulder popping and cracking in no time - she is not only a first class reflexologist but she absolutely knows what she’s doing with massages too - thanks Rachel xx

Rachel is helping me with my current burnout, and supporting my body heal, I can certainly feel the benefits after every treatment I have. I love that I get to say how often I want to come, there is never any pressure from Rachel to have any treatment or up selling, I can chat or I can be quiet during the session, it's all very calming and relaxing.
