The best healing massage I’ve ever had! I cannot recommend Cher enough! Her knowledge, experience and attention to detail is next level. Her space, her personality and work are beyond expectation. Cher read my body and reactions, working more or less, or changing method depending on what was needed. By the end, my body and mind were relaxed, and that feeling carried through with me for the rest of the week. I have been to a few TRE sessions run by Marie. Everytime it has been an enjoyable experience. Its a very odd sensation when the shaking starts, but she is with you every step of the way, checking in and ensuring that you get the most out of the experience. After a difficult day, TRE is a great way to ground yourself and calm your system. I would recommend trying it.

My first experience of a lymphatic drainage massage and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and had no side effects i.e. headaches or feeling unwell due to release of toxins. I felt a bit tender over my kidney area which to me was a sign the massage did its job cleaning my body from the toxins. Cherlina is a wonderful therapist and her experience shows. Thank you Cher 🌷🌷

Marie was great at talking me though what the massage would entail so I felt comfortable. She noticed when i struggled with some painful spots and helped me breathe though it all. It was very relaxing and would definitely recommend.
