Katie definitely gives the best facials. She doesn’t just put the products on but gives a lovely facial massage at the same time. Whilst the face pack dries Katie gives a relaxing neck and shoulder massage too. All while being g snuggled in the heated bed. Could not recommend her more highly.

Katies is very welcoming and cares a great deal that your treatment will be something memorable. Her facials are beyond anything I have ever experienced, on another level. From the first minute you arrive, to lying down on a warm comfy bed, to the extremely ambient surroundings with a beautiful ever changing subtle twinkling ceiling, this is a treatment that won’t be forgotten. Using a combination of gentle caressing of the skin to invigorating massage, manipulating every facial muscle all with different creams and oils and all smelling divine . No top spa could match you Katie. Thank you.

Everything was perfect as always. Katie thinks of everything before you even arrive - calm treatment room at the right temperature, soft clean sheets and towels and then the most perfect treatment. Appointment was for my teenage autistic granddaughter. Staff were very friendly and my granddaughter soon relaxed and wants to go back for her next haircut. Salon is beautiful and staff welcoming and friendly.

Hard to believe that Alyah isn’t qualified. She did a great job on my gel pedicure and it didn’t take any longer than with someone qualified. Brilliant foot massage too!
