She is welcoming and friendly. The environment is calm and warm. She managed to locate all my problem areas during the session and I came out feeling lighter. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, will definitely go back. Would prefer if there was frequency music to add to the ambiance but still good 🥰

I was back for builder in a bottle infills with Mimi today. I've tried all types of nail treatments and this is definitely my favourite. Mimi is brilliant, I've been to other salons where the technician has huffed whilst waiting for me to pick a nail colour but Mimi was brilliant with my indecisiveness and instead actually talked through the choices and colours with me and didn't rush me (first world problems I know 🤣 but a big deal when trying to decide on a holiday nail colour) and the result is lush...Thanks Mimi!
