I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. This was my first experience having a facial and I was a little nervous to start with. As soon as I met Emma I instantly felt calm as she was so welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed the process, it was really relaxing. Emma let us play our favourite songs and we laughed and talked about all sorts. She took my concerns about my black heads into consideration and taught me how to take better care of them. I didn’t want the experience to end. My skin now feels and looks so much better and I can’t wait to go back. Emma made me and my friend goodie bags and we loved them! Thanks Emma <3 xxx
