Really excellent massage and a very positive experience overall. I went in with ongoing shoulder pain and the treatment genuinely helped to relieve it. Chelsea is amazing! Such a friendly, warm character. She made me feel completely at ease. I've never had a pedi before and I also need toe nail reconstruction. I've been putting off going for a pedi for ages in fear of being embarrassed. However, Chelsea makes you feel the opposite! She is so positive and very talented. I left with really beautifully pedicured nails and soft skin! I will deffo be back! :-)

Rachel is without a doubt the best massage therapist! You feel instant relief after visiting Rachel and she truly knows what she is doing. Booked in my wife here 2 times now and she has come back so happy and relaxed. We have tried a few massages in Cardiff also but she she says U Sabai is by far the best. Jira is very knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure any issues are taken care of. I will have to book my self in soon for a shoulder issue I have.

My BIAB nails look perfect and Chelsea was amazing and so thorough and definitely going back again!

I was a little apprehensive about the microneedling treatment. However Nadia was reassuring, explained everything and was very professional. The treatment was painless and I look forward to seeing the results. Sam, Nadia and Sharon are excellent therapists. I would thoroughly recommend Complexion Caerleon.

I did post op lymphatic drainage with Rachel after my double chin lipo. After my first session, I immediately saw a difference and felt so relaxed . She gave me great tips and is very knowledgable . She is so kind and caring, she is honestly the best and she does everything PERFECTLY!!! I can't wait to go back again, sweetest woman ever. Definitely recommend1!!! xx
