A friendly welcoming service, I had cupping therapy for pain relief in between my shoulders and lower back pain. I am walking better as the lower back pain has gone and the sharp dull pain between my shoulder blades has also gone. I have rebooked for the same treatment in three weeks' time. I would definitely recommend this treatment.

Had a swedish massage done by Hattie today…can safely it was the best deep tissue massage I have had and I’ve had a fair few! She can apply some serious pressure and her technique and manipulation of the muscles is spot on! You can feel it in her hands that she takes great pride, care and attention with her clients. Will definitely be booking her again in the future and be recommending to family and friends.

The clinicians were so kind and so helpful. I asked for a full body massage as my body has been feeling quite tense but it all went away after my lovely massage. I feel so much better but also refreshed. Definitely recommend !
