Had an excellent sports massage with Adele. She was professional, focused, and clearly knows how to work with active bodies. The pressure was strong but well-controlled, and I left feeling noticeably better. Not a massage for relaxation, but perfect for recovery. Highly recommend Adele if you’re training regularly or need to reset your body.
