Beautiful space, a great deep tissue massage. I left feeling relaxed and loose. My only feedback is it was a little chilly so some extra heat in the room would be perfect :)

Nicki made things super comfortable and calm. I came in for a deep tissue back massage because of some back pain I've been having recently. I can farely say that this was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I went in for pregnancy massage 90 minutes and was amazing. I feel so much better now ,my back was killing me before but now is 100% better. I will definitely be coming back and can only highly recomend ! I loved the room as well, it was woth dimmed lights and relaxing music. Loved it,thank you so much!

It was very enjoyable and relaxing up to the point that my sciatica kicked off and Mel noticed my discomfort and called a halt to the massage. This enabled me to sit up. Then stand up to ease my pain. Mel asked if I would like some water to which I said yes please. On her return to hand it to me she asked if I was ok? Then left me to redress. Mel was very kind and considerate which I totally appreciated. I would highly recommend Mel and the two treatments that I have had. First visit was head neck and shoulder massage . Today was the hot stone massage both highly recommended

Mel is so lovely and welcoming, really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial with massage and it felt amazing, I felt all my tension melting away in my chest and shoulders and my skin feels so smooth. The salon has a welcoming relaxing feel. 5 star for cleanliness. I also love the little things, I was offered a bottle of water on arrival and asked to choose the bottle I was drawn to the most, the surprise was a pretty affirmation card with an action on the reverse to complete to help you focus on your own wellness. I thought this was a great touch that shows attentiveness to thier customers.

It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

I went to Clare for a pregnancy massage which was great. The whole experience was relaxing and helped ease pregnancy aches and pains. Clare was lovely and knowledgeable and made the whole experience a much need treat. Looking forward to go back for other treatments during my pregnancy!
