Laura was so welcoming. I also received a message on the morning of my appointment day giving me the option to reschedule if necessary due to the high temperatures, which I thought was very kind of her. My treatment of choice was the pedicure with microdermabraison. This was perfect for me as I didn't want my toenails painted, just a basic pedicure with exfoliation. The whole experience was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to going back to have it done again in the near future.

This was my first time visiting Cotswold Skin Studio and I can say with total confidence that it was a truly fantastic experience. Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.
