I attended Eve’s Balance and Bubbles session yesterday and it was exactly what was needed at the end of a week. The movement portion was beginner-friendly yet challenging. Never thought movement with a glass of fizz could be a challenge. The transition into socialising with some bubbly was seamless, with a lovely spread of healthy nibbles. It was a wonderful, low-pressure atmosphere that allowed me to disconnect and have a genuine laugh. Definitely recommend if you need a lighthearted wellness reset! I had such a lovely back massage! Eve was warm, friendly, and professional, and really knew how to target my problem area without it ever feeling uncomfortable. The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the knots, but still incredibly relaxing. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, refreshed, and so much more at ease. The venue was transformed into a calm space which immediately felt welcoming. I’ve never had an experience like this before which combined body balance, stretch and gentle core exercise with Prosecco- form was perfect as we tried not to spill any. It was fun and relaxing and a lovely opportunity to socialise over more bubbles and nibbles. . A lot of effort had gone into planning the day and it really paid off. I’m definitely up for the next one!

I attended the Bubbles & Balance event and I have to say, what a fun and relaxing way to reconnect with your own body! Eve created such a beautiful and welcoming space, with candles, plants and incense, which made the whole experience feel calm and relaxing from the moment you arrived. Each movement was slow, purposeful and really encouraged you to focus on yourself and how your body feels. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend giving it a try, and I’ll absolutely be booking onto the next one! Thank you Eve 😊
