Rachel is so warm and welcoming, she made me feel very comfortable. I had a back and shoulder massage with a facial. My shoulders were so knotted and tight. Rachel managed to get the knots and tension out, I asked for a firm massage to release the tension and whilst it was firm, it was still so relaxing, throughout! After one massage my back and shoulder area, feels a million times better. The facial was also fantastic, my skin feels amazing! It was honestly the best treatment I’ve had! The massage shed is a beautiful and relaxing space. Highly recommend!

Another amazing massage from Rachel. This time I was lucky for my appointment to aline with Rachel’s new treatment TMJ release. My jaw had been so tense for weeks. Along with headaches and neck stiffness. I felt an instance ease of tension. With a lot more movement in my jaw. Highly recommended.

Nervous System Reset with Leah. It’s hard to explain, but I left feeling like something had truly shifted. I’ve had countless treatments over the years that never quite got to the root of the issue, but this felt completely different. Leah is incredibly gifted at what she does and you can feel how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with. First time getting a cut at Sevens and it’s by far the best barbers I’ve been to in Exeter. Dan is a sound guy, easy to talk to and spoke me through everything, mad a couple of suggestions. Really happy with the hair!
