First time with Sant-Elize and was an exceptional service. Today was a colour. She took extra special care when applying the colour. Every stain was wiped away. Hair was handled very gently (nothing taken away from the other girls) Head massage while washing was 10/10! Wanted it to go on and on!! End result.. perfect!! Top job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Libby made sure I was comfortable at all times and asked me exactly what I would like from the massage, I asked her to target the knots in my back and shoulders which she did really well! Well after learning men can have as much done as ladies in the refinery rooms I opted for a full body massage. Had one about 10 years ago but jeeezz been under osteo for last 20 years but after an hour on that bed it felt amazing. I can honestly say I’ve had no pain or my usual twinges all day. On another note not knowing what to expect Alison made me feel very comfortable being in the right hands 🤣 excuse the pun. Will be going back also trying out some other types of treatments. Thanks again 😊

Went to Lacie and asked her to recreate the orange/pink ombré that Brooke created a few weeks back for me. Although never done before Lacie aced it. They look fab and the almond shape is spot on! Can’t wait to see her again to let her loose with some nail art

I had a Swedish body massage with Hannah, she was lovely, friendly and put you at ease. She explained everything and carried out a very good relaxing massage. Also as it is hot at the moment, she had a cool fan on, which made the experience more comfortable and the room was very ambient with relaxing music.

I generally don't enjoy having my haircut and never quite seem to like the end result. Postponed my appointment 3 times as I chickened out but today, even though I was very anxious. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival and instantly put at ease. Klaudia was great at listening to what I wanted from my drastic change to my very long hair. Gave loads of advice and discussed what she was going to do. Fabulous hairwash and head massage and then full attention to my cut and hairstyle. Klaudia is fantastic and I absolutely love my hair. Thank you so much Klaudia. Highly recommend.
