Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. After a recent new gym routine I have added to my life, this was much needed. I feel fresh, relaxed, soothed and calm. Despite me not being from the area I will definitely be back. You have started my weekend off just right!

Very relaxing and soothing back massage. My knots were loosened and I felt much less tense afterwards. Very good technique and skill. Beautiful room. Clean and so pretty. I shall definitely return.

The fact that Lynn isn't fully booked surprised me as she is amazing. I booked a 45 minute massage that lasted an hour (again)! You'd think being in town and so close to the main road that the traffic would disturb you but you can't hear it. Going to tranquility is unlike the corporate massage you get at places like bannatynes. Instead you are greeted with a calm space filled with plants and crystals. I am looking forward to going back as this massage has added at least an inch to my height!! Thank you lynn!!

I had the tightening treatment with the guinot system today and was blown away by the results. I follows it with the ultrasound massage on my neck and that has helped so much since I started that I've been discharged from physio at the hospital!!

I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. The same goes about waxing I’ve always felt comfortable. Im very pleased with her work I would definitely recommend 100%

After a morning of pampering with Hannah I came away feeling totally relaxed. Ive never experienced a facial so relaxing and I highly recommend them, they are amazing and I came away glowing. Hannah’s attention to detail when doing my nails is second to none and I’m always so pleased with the result. Hannah takes on board my requirements and her back massages never disappoint. Profiles is a lovely salon, the space is lovely. Hands down the best massage I have ever had & my skin feels amazing after every facial. I have seen Hannah monthly for well over a year & I will never go anywhere else. I have never had such a personalised treatment before, Hannah really takes the time to really understand what i want from a treatment & I always float out of the salon afterwards!
