I have been a regular client of Beth's since she started, I have chronic pain and degenerative disc disease in my back and neck. My physio told me that regular massage would not cause any further damage and Beth is so adaptable to my needs. She knows exactly which areas are causing me the most issues and spplies just the right pressure to make them feel much easier. As Beth told me today, having regular appointments makes this much easier for us both. I will say that the upper body rewind is my most favourite treatment, I was literally in the land of nod after such a difficult day at work ☺️

Rebecca was extremely professional, she spoke with me prior to the treatment. I fully enjoyed the massage, it was relaxing and helped easy my constant back and shoulder aches. Comfortable and safe surroundings helped me to relax and enjoy the treatment. Would highly recommend and definitely will be visiting again.

I had my first visit to Beth’s new premises and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was amazing and the cabin is truly beautiful! As always Beth was incredible and I was relaxed from start to finish! Well what can I say i went here for a sweedish massage and my God did she deliver. From start to finish she made me feel at ease her massage room is so peaceful and Natalie is really amazing at what she does if I could give her 10 stars I would. I definitely will be back she sorted my back right out for me her massaging was so relaxing I think I even fell asleep at one point. Thanks again Natalie I will be booking to come again soon .

Wow what an amazing back massage

I had the Escape & Renew Experience - WOW, just amazing. Kat was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Kat’s space is so cosy and beautiful - perfect for a relaxing massage. I will most certainly be back for more treatments.

After a very stressful week, this was the best way to recover. I had a Indian head massage with Diane. It completed removed all my tension. Definitely going back for others treatments.

I had a back facial and massage and it was excellent. Kat checked I was ok throughout the treatment, adjusting pressure accordingly. She went through my consultation form before starting to double check everything and then sat down with me at the end of the treatment to go through aftercare. All in all, an excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to trying other treatments x
