WOMB MASSAGE today. WOW, what an experience, totally different to anything i,ve ever had massage wise. Using ancient techniques and hands on therapy, my lower back has never felt so good, (ITS ALL CONNECTED) Had the best nights sleep last night and no back pain when i awoke for the first time in ages. I had an amazing deep tissue back massage with Nicola this morning. She got the pressure exactly right (deep as requested) and really worked through the tight muscles I’ve been struggling with. Warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Hot stone and reiki session with Jo , the room is very relaxing and calming . As always my session was relaxing, and eased away any tension I had. Reiki was amazing and starting to feel the energy more with regular reiki treatments and today felt more energised afterwards and would really recommend anyone who may be sceptical of the benefits to try for themselves .
