I was not sure whether or not I would enjoy my back massage because my back was sore. I was absolutely thrilled with the results because of the care taken by my consultant. She was very helpful and used various techniques to ensure I received excellent results. Would highly recommend this treatment.

I booked the royal hammam & massage for my Mom’s birthday. She said that it was the highlight of her trip to Dubai & that the treatments were amazing. She commented that the staff were very friendly, respectful and accommodating and made her feel at home. When I went to collect her, I also spoke with the staff who were so lovely and welcoming. The vibe in the salon is unmatched and the decor is beautiful. I will definitely book here again. If you’re looking for any treatments I’d recommend here, especially for hammam and massages. Thank you so much for making her birthday special!

Everything was great! Got my nails done by Narmeen - amazing young lady! Got pure talent, customer service and patience. Did my nails for me until I was truly happy! Got the waxing service too by Mae - the whole procedure was painless, super fast and just extremely chill. Everyone else in the salon was so nice too! Lymphatic drainage treatment. Amazing service. Rhea therapist very professional. It’s relaxing but at the same time you can feel the work done, but not in pain. Cabin is very clean and cozy, with dimmed lights, essential oils smell and relaxing music. 100% recommend and will be back

MASSAGE- Rhea is professional! She knew that I have muscle cramps and the pain gone! Her hands worked magic on my body! The music is soothing, room is very clean and organized. I felt so relaxed that I can sleep right away. WAXING - Aroua is efficient, friendly and focussed on my comfort. She explained the process well. This was my first time visiting and I usually don’t prefer changing up my salon. However, Pretty Parlor has changed my mind, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the kind nail techs that communicate in a very professional manner and the nail work was exquisite with very reasonable pricing. I would definitely be coming back.

The staff were so kind and lovely. I had a back massage and foot reflexology it was 10/10. I had really tight muscles and the wonderful lady really payed attention to these areas. I felt very comfortable.

I had an amazing experience at the salon! Muhammad did an incredible job with my balayage and hair cut. I was blown away by the salon's cleanliness and attention to detail. He listened carefully to what I wanted, and the end result was stunning. The two ladies who did my mani-pedi were also fantastic - super friendly and talented. I'm already recommending this salon to friends and can't wait to come back for more treatments!

To begin with , the owner sara is phenomenal, attentive , hardworking , extremely friendly and polite , already tells a lot about the foundation of her salon.
