I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

The overall place and staff are friendly, and lovely. Was very well welcomed and taken care of, by Fatima and Soumaya. I had a full body massage it was such a great way to unwind and relax. I definitely will come back.

I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10. I was a bit nervous, as it was my first time with someone new. My previous place cancelled at the last minute, but Maria was great. She made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly.
