Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Absolutely brilliant experience. Mubina demonstrated in depth knowledge, and explained the process in great detail. She was attentive, professional, and carried out the treatment with the utmost care. The snacks were a great touch.
