Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. Just had a moisturizing facial with Katrina. It was absolutely awesome. Especially after a bitter cold winter and mature skin. It was so dewy looking. I would highly recommend.

Top to bottom, great experience. Love the small details like the warm hand towels and the coffee bar is delicious. They did an amazing job with my nails while being quick & efficient. Usually hate getting my nails done but looking forward to going back!

If you are looking for a business that stands by their work and is committed to customer service, come to Lux! I was not happy with a manicure I had done (not by Lynn). I emailed management and expressed my concerns. Cat was prompt in getting back to me, and delightful to deal with. She set me up with Lynn, who did a complete removal and redo of my nails at no charge. The difference was night and day. Lynn is so lovely to talk to, and really made me feel comfortable. She is meticulous with her work. I left very happy. Lux, you've gained a customer for life!

Absolutely obsessed with the new location, I’ve been making the drive from Scarborough to Hamilton for my lip filler needs for a few years now. I would never go anyway else because of the comfortability, knowledge, communication, and skill that Jacqueline provides.

The most amazing and relaxing facial I've ever received! The bonus on top of the face massage was also having an upper back massage. I will be going back!

Katrina took the time to talk me through every step, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. The heated massage bed added an extra level of relaxation—I felt completely at ease the entire time. I also really appreciated learning about their products and in-house skincare procedures.
