I've been having tension building up in my neck and right shoulder and it got to the point I was having difficulty sleeping. I finally hit the tipping point and scheduled an appt. at motion massage and OMG am I grateful. I was able to get in the same day and the therapist was attentive to my specific needs. After the massage she suggested a few stretches I could do to help prevent that tension from building up in the first place which was much appreciated. Best of all I finally got a good night sleep and feel rested today. Thanks Motion Massage, I'll be back!!

Felix is amazing, the best work I’ve ever had done on my hips. I’m active (gym, MTB, etc). Lots of old injuries. Sports massage/deep tissue was on point.

This massage with Jessica was one of the best--ever! And I do not exaggerate. Jessica seemed to be able to read my body and apply just the right amount of pressure. I left my massage standing taller and feeling all the tension in my back, gone. Thank you, Jessica! :)
