The menopause massage was devine. Full relaxation with the whole body being massaged, whilst having certain pressure points treated also. The oils smelt lovely and my skin is so smooth. Michelle was professional, and organised. Highly recommended.

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss.
