Bongie was so awesome! I was having a bad day & as soon as I walked in she was so happy & helpful. My mood instantly changed. Throughout the appointment she made sure I was comfortable and ensured the wax wasn't too hot. If I wasn't from Durban I would use her as my waxing lady on the regular. Please bring Bongie to Durban. The lady that did my leg wax is super amazing and very professional When she got to tue wax station the person who had a wax client before her left her empty container wax roller and switched of the roller wax pod , and still she handled everything professionally and still kept going on with treatment She is really one awesome person Definitely a 50/10
