The service is great right from stepping through the door - I am always offered tea :-) Even though Anna doesn't see me often, she remembers me and cuts/dries my hair really well. I don't often go after work but that was a relaxing way to end the day!

I had the best experience today at lays beauty parlour; she is incredibly warming and inviting making you feel comfortable through out the appointment, constantly checking if your okay and if you need a break which I loved! We sat down for a in-depth consultation which i hugely appreciate as she also gave me her opinion on what would be better when regarding my anatomy and what i was looking for. Shan was also very respecting when coming to filming and asked for my preferences. when doing my lips, she checked in often to see how i felt, her work is truly beautiful and she had given me exactly what i wanted and more. i will definitely be booking again.
